Asian Style Marinated Salmon with Five Spice Brussel Sprouts & Broccoli

Ingredients: salmon filet, buldak sauce, soy sauce, agave, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, pepper, scallions, ginger, garlic, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, Chinese sausage, five spice, & furikake


Recipe:
1. Dice ginger, garlic, scallions
2. Mix together buldak sauce, soy sauce, agave, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha in a bowl - taste and add salt/ pepper if needed/ desired
3. Add salmon to a zip log bag, add in your sauce mix and diced aromatics
4. Place in fridge for 2 hours to marinate
5. In the meantime, chop Brussel sprouts , broccoli florets, & Chinese sausage - place in an oven friendly tray
6. Add sesame oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and five spice
7. Take out the salmon and place on top of the veggies - make sure everything is nestled in
8. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place tray of veggies and salmon in for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked
9. Top salmon with furikake
10. Serve or place in a meal prep container
