Spicy Instant Ramen with a Twist

Ingredients: Instant ramen, chili oil, sesame oil, miso paste, corn, scallions, soft boiled egg, black pepper

 

Recipe:

  1. Add sesame oil & chili oil to a pot, heat until the oil starts to glimmer

  2. Add in water (personal preference on amount)

  3. As the water starts to boil add in the instant ramen & flavor packet

  4. In the meantime take some miso paste and mix it in with corn (frozen or fresh), mix together well, no clumps should be visible

  5. As the ramen boils and cooks put another pot on the stove with hot water & salt

  6. As the second pot starts to boil, add in 1 egg. For runny yolk, take the egg out in 7 minutes and put into a cold bath

  7. Take the ramen and put it into a bowl, add your miso corn, and egg

  8. Top with scallions & black pepper - cut into the yolk and enjoy!
