Thai Lamb Rolls with Chili Oil

Ingredients: Ground lamb, ginger, garlic, scallions, birds eye chili, cilantro, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, basil leaves, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili flakes

 

Recipe:

  1. Finely mince garlic, ginger, birds eye chili, cilantro, scallions, & some thai basil and put in a bowl

  2. Mix together your ground lamb with minced garlic/ginger paste

  3. In a bowl mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili flakes

  4. Add in your sauce mixture into your ground lamb mix

  5. Shape the ground lamb into kebab shapes

  6. On the outside of each kebab, lay on basil leaf

  7. Heat up a pan with some oil

  8. When the oil is shimmering, add in your lamb kebabs - cook until each side is nicely browned and meat is cooked through (8-10 minutes)

  9. Take off heat, plate with some sweet/spicy sauce or chili oil
