Miso Soft Scramble Eggs with Crispy Mushrooms
Ingredients: Bread, eggs, miso, yogurt, mushrooms, chives, salt, pepper, oil, parmesan
Recipe:
Toast your bread
In a pan, warm up some oil
Add in two cracked eggs on low heat
Once eggs start to coagulate a little, add in yogurt and miso
Mix together on low heat until desired consistency
Add in salt, pepper, and any other seasonings
On your toast, place the eggs
In the same pan as the scrambled eggs, heat up a bit more oil
Once oil is heated, add in your mushrooms
Cook until browned on both sides, take off
Add mushrooms to your scrambled egg toast
Top with chives, salt, pepper, & parmesan
