Miso Soft Scramble Eggs with Crispy Mushrooms

Ingredients: Bread, eggs, miso, yogurt, mushrooms, chives, salt, pepper, oil, parmesan

 

Recipe:

  1. Toast your bread

  2. In a pan, warm up some oil

  3. Add in two cracked eggs on low heat

  4. Once eggs start to coagulate a little, add in yogurt and miso

  5. Mix together on low heat until desired consistency

  6. Add in salt, pepper, and any other seasonings

  7. On your toast, place the eggs

  8. In the same pan as the scrambled eggs, heat up a bit more oil

  9. Once oil is heated, add in your mushrooms

  10. Cook until browned on both sides, take off

  11. Add mushrooms to your scrambled egg toast

  12. Top with chives, salt, pepper, & parmesan
