Turkish Eggs

Ingredients: Yogurt, feta, eggs, butter, olive oil, chili flakes, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and chives

 

Recipe:

  1. In a blender, mix together yogurt, feta, garlic, and salt

  2. In a pot, boil water and add 2 eggs - take out after 7 minutes for a runny yolk

  3. At the same time in a pan add in butter and olive oil

  4. Once the butter is all melted add in chili flakes, chili powder, paprika, and cumin

  5. Assemble the yogurt dip in a bowl, add the eggs, and top with chili oil & chives
